A photo, showing police officers of the anti-crime brigade of Rennes in plain clothes, provoked reactions on social networks earlier this week. We see policemen wearing black t-shirts "Bac of anarchy". The police hierarchy opened an administrative inquiry.

Sunday afternoon, during the match Rennes-Bordeaux, police officers of the anti-crime brigade patrolled the Roazhon Park. Weapon at the waist, they were dressed in black t-shirts representing a warrior helmet or a skull with this inscription "Bac of anarchy".

Administrative inquiry

One person pictured the patrol and broadcast it on social media earlier this week. The image circulated a lot and provoked many reactions criticizing the behavior of the police.

Informed of the controversy, the hierarchy of the police opened an administrative investigation. Management did not want to comment further.

Regulatory?

"It's not very wise to wear this kind of t-shirts, and I do not think it's entirely regulatory," says a police officer.

"This outfit is not ostentatious , opposes Stephane Chabot, Union Unit SGP Police FO.It says that the colleagues of the tray work with their personal clothing, they are not equipped. This t-shirts that parody of advertisements, movies or series, were made four years ago, they wear them regularly in service, and no one, including the hierarchy, has reproached them.
