According to The Guardian, the Ministry of Environment, Food and Agriculture, together with the Wiltshire County Council, has planned the degassing works and monitors their implementation.

Civilians will be assisted by civilians, who have experience in this field.

It is noted that after the preparation of the area the team will take things out of the house. They will be packed in a container that will stand on the road, and then it will be taken away. After degassing, repeated samples will be taken to make sure that the building is safe.
