The corresponding appeal to the government of the capital will be sent by the inter-regional human rights organization "Collective Protection". It is assumed that the fuel card will allow parents to charge the car for 20 liters a month free of charge.

"Taking into account the current prices for gasoline to families with many children, this assistance will not be superfluous. After all, parents often have to take children to a clinic or school. Meanwhile, for a metropolis like Moscow, it will not be a big burden to support parents by partially paying fuel costs, "said one of the initiative's authors, lawyer Marat Amanliev.

In the middle of September, this proposal will also be considered at a meeting of the Public Consultative Council of Political Parties under the Moscow City Duma, member of the council Lyudmila Aivar told.

According to her, she is ready to support this initiative.

Previously, Russia offered to introduce additional benefits for volunteers.
