He also introduced new formations for the Iraqi forces - after being dissolved to ministries and sensitive agencies in the state - such as the Ministry of Defense and Information, the Intelligence and National Security Service, the naval and air force, the special courts and other devices that the Iraqis have maintained since long times.

And lasted for a period of 13 months, during which he issued more than two hundred legislation and a law that continues to take effect so far according to the legal expert Amir Al-Da'idi, who assured Al-Jazeera Net that the declaration of Iraq is a free zone, although the country is not ready "to have disastrous consequences for the national economy and helped to smuggle currency and abolished the law Boycott of Israel ".

As legal expert Tariq Harb pointed out that the repeal of Bremer's laws will enter the country in a large legislative vacuum because many state institutions operate under it, such as the central bank, the Supreme Judicial Council and the offices of the public inspectors.
