The court of misdemeanors in Ras al-Khaimah considered an Asian case accused of infecting his friend via Facebook, publishing a false video of the victim with girls in order to discredit him, accusing him of using social media to abuse and insult the victim, Before the Court with the charges against him.

According to the lawsuit, the defendant took special photographs of the victim from his Facebook page, amended them and installed photographs of the girls. He added a voice recording attributed to him stating that the victim trafficked women and brought them to prostitution. He asked his colleagues to publish the video Through Facebook, in order to discredit the victim among his friends via the web page.

The case papers said that the victim witnessed the fake video and the charges against him. He immediately lodged a complaint with the Ras al-Khaimah police. The video was verified. In the investigation, the suspect admitted the installation of the video and posted it on his Facebook page. The Public Prosecution, and to the Court of Misdemeanors for trial in the charges assigned to him in accordance with the law.

The court also considered the case of two Gulf brothers accused of beating and beating a Gulf child and his mother.

The accused denied the charges against them. The first accused said that he did not go beyond the child and his mother in any way, and that the authorities could conduct the necessary investigations to detect the calls from his phone and verify the victim's telephone threat.

"The victim has problems, and for three years he has been blackmailing him and his brother and provoking them, and making false false statements about them in any way," he said.
