Actress Kate Beckinsale and Duchess Kate are British, have a similar hair color, the same first name - and are both so prominent that one should think they are still easy to distinguish. But apparently that's not so easy. The US medium "USA Today" provided an article about a hospital stay Beckinsales with a photo of her royal namesake.

The actress apparently took the whole thing with humor - she posted a screenshot of the headline and image on Instagram.

The 45-year-old was hospitalized for a ruptured ovarian cyst, as reported in a previous posting, also on Instagram. She is moved and touched by all the sweet wishes she has received, wrote Beckinsale in her latest post. The actress is obviously on her way to recovery: "I feel so much better." She hopes that the same goes for other women who went through the same thing.

So moved and touched by the child wishes I've received the last few days and staggered by the similar and worse stories my #cysters have been sending me. I am feeling much better and I hope all the other girls are going through it too. Back to resume my royal duties. William says hi ❤️

Beckinsale concluded with an allusion to the exchanged images: she was back "to resume her royal duties," she wrote - adding, "William says hi."
