A tour of JR rolling stock, which was manufactured more than 40 years ago during the JNR era and will be dismantled after commercial operation, was held in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and railway fans from all over the country said goodbye.

On the 16th, a tour was held at the "Kokura General Rolling Stock Center" in Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu City, and 200 railway fans who had made reservations in advance and visited from all over the country participated.

In the diesel car "Kiha 1975 / 66" manufactured in 67, a vehicle with a cream color with an orange line and a blue body "Seaside Liner" were unveiled.

On the other hand, the "1980 series" vehicles manufactured in 415 are characterized by a blue line entering the white body.

It has been decided that both cars will be dismantled after the end of commercial operation from the JNR era.

Participating railway fans took pictures of the exterior of the train from various angles and touched the seats to say goodbye.

Participants said, "I've been riding for 40 years and I feel like I've met an old friend," and "I have so many memories that I shed tears when I retired.
