Thirteen years ago, in an incident in which a former police officer was shot with a handgun and seriously injured in Oki Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, the police arrested three executives of the designated gang "Dojinkai" on suspicion of attempted murder.

total of three people were arrested: Shuhei Tsutsumi (69), a senior member of the designated gang Dojinkai and the head of the umbrella organization, and
Daisuke Suematsu (43) and
Takeshi Matsumoto (39), both members of the
group.

According to the police, in February 3, near the garage of a house in Oki Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, the three men were suspected of attempted murder for shooting a 3-year-old former police officer who lived in the house in three places, including the right thigh, causing serious injuries.

The police have been investigating the incident as a gang, but they have arrested three people on suspicion of being involved in the shooting.

The former police officer who was victimized mainly worked in the regional division, etc., and after retirement, he worked for a time as a part-time employee of Omuta City in the department that checks the intervention of organized crime groups in public works, but the police said that as a result of the investigation, the relationship between the former police officer and the gang and the trouble related to the work were not confirmed.
