There will be three changes to the information on the household registration book and ID card of residents with household registration in Xiong'an New Area. First, the ID address of the residents of the three counties will be changed to "Xiongxian County/Rongcheng County/Anxin County, Xiong'an New Area, Hebei"; Second, the ID address of residents with household registration in Rongdong Area will be listed as "Rongdong District, Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province", and other new areas will also be changed in an orderly manner; Third, for newborns registered in the new district, the citizenship number will be encoded with 3, and the citizenship numbers of other residents will remain unchanged.
