At Toranomon Hills, which is being developed in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a preview was held before the opening of the fourth and final skyscraper on the 4th of this month.

The preview was held for the first time since the fourth high-rise building in this area, Toranomon Hills Station Tower, was completed in July.

The tower will have 4 floors above ground, a height of about 7 meters, and will house offices, a hotel, and commercial facilities.

Of these, the office area has an atrium structure without pillars and can be laid out freely.

In addition, the commercial facility area will house about 49 stores, including restaurants, fitness gyms, and general stores.

A garden and pool will be maintained on the rooftop, and will be open to users and businesses of the restaurant on the roof when holding events.

The tower is scheduled to open on the 266th of this month, which completes the redevelopment of Toranomon Hills, which has been promoted by the major real estate company Mori Building since 70 in Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Masaki Kato, manager of the Mori Building Urban Development Division, said, "With the completion of this building, the entire area of Toranomon Hills is comparable in size to Roppongi Hills, and we hope that it will strengthen Tokyo's competitiveness."
