The actor of Plus belle la vie has totally vanished after a car accident caused by his vehicle at the exit of a nightclub in Mâcon. A young woman named Sandra was then violently hit.

Wanted by the police, who want to hear him as a witness in this case, Marwan Berreni remains untraceable. On September 19, the prosecutor's office of Mâcon in Saône-et-Loire opened a preliminary investigation for "disturbing disappearance", following the report of his family. Two months after his disappearance, Marwan Berreni's parents are in disarray.

"You have the right to cry, but go back on your way, believe in yourself, believe in your dreams, even those you do not pronounce (...) You are unique, you are great, we love your laughter, we love your smile. Marwan, simply, we love you, and believe in you!" they wrote to their child in the letter published in Libération. Investigators have for the moment no concrete leads concerning the disappearance of the actor.
