Fengluo Village is a village in the old revolutionary area, and the village is rich in red resources. In recent years, Fengluo Village has vigorously excavated the red cultural resources in the village, and built red visiting spots such as the Linglu Township Revolutionary Deeds Exhibition Hall, the Fengluo Agricultural Association, and the Qiu Dachun Traditional Chinese Medicine Shop, attracting many tourists to visit and study, take photos and check in.

The points system is the key to polishing the red mark and dressing up the "new environment" of Fengluo Village. According to Li Hui, the first secretary of Fengluo Village, since 2022, Fengluo Village has comprehensively carried out the work of the point system for improving the rural living environment, giving full play to the leading role of party building, with party members and cadres taking the lead in earning points, and villagers participating in volunteer services such as village cleaning and yard cleaning can save points and redeem prizes, stimulate villagers' participation with the point system, improve the living environment, and promote rural revitalization.

At the same time, Fengluo Village focused on making up for the shortcomings of the village's infrastructure and public services, installing 6 solar street lights for six natural villages in the village, building more than 189 meters of road from Tuzhai Li to Hexi, and building a garbage kiosk and two public toilets.
Li Hui said that the implementation of sanitation integration will strengthen the construction of rural garbage disposal team system, adopt unified collection, unified cleaning and transportation, centralized treatment methods, classify and recycle rural garbage and carry out centralized harmless treatment, and promote the long-term improvement of the living environment.
