• Bruce Springsteen postpones all his September concerts due to a gastric ulcer

Bruce Springsteen will not return to the stage this year to recover from a peptic ulcer for which he has been convalescing for weeks and continues in treatment, and will postpone until 2024 all the concerts that remained this year, according to a statement published on his official website.

The new dates of the postponed concerts will be announced next week, which will take place in the same venues already committed, all of them in the United States and Canada.

"Thank you to all my friends and fans for your well wishes and support," The Boss said in a statement. "I'm recovering and I'm looking forward to seeing you all next year," he added.

According to the statement, all tickets already purchased for the postponed concerts will be used for the new dates, and those who cannot attend the new appointment will have a month to ask for their money back.

Among the appointments that Springsteen leaves for next year are Washington, San Diego, San Francisco and Philadelphia, in the United States, and Montreal, Toronto and Calgari in Canada.

The New Jersey singer-songwriter turned 74 last week and had been touring with The E Street Band since February of this year, with more than 60 concerts until it was interrupted.
