The quilt is not careful enough to get cold! The national quilt map is coming to see where the night is as cool as water and needs a quilt to warm up

China Weather Network News Approaching the autumnal equinox, the heat gradually receded, and finally survived the summer of steaming day and night, and the days of turning over and over so hot that it was difficult to sleep were gone. Is your house covered with a quilt? Is it a thin spring and autumn quilt, or a warm quilt? Wrapped in a quilt, listen to the breeze or drizzle outside the window, and sleep peacefully in the quiet and autumn at night. China Weather Network launched a national quilt map to see where you need to turn out the dusty summer quilt.

Most of the northern part of the night coolness needs to be covered with Jiangnan and South China quilt press box bottom

In mid-September, cold air hit frequently. At present, most of the northwest and northeast have entered the threshold of autumn, and the northern part of China has also begun the autumn process. As the cold air moves south, the Yangtze River basin has also cooled significantly, and the coolness at night is obvious, and many places have reached the moment to call for quilts to appear.

It can be seen from the national quilt map launched by China Weather Network that three days from today (September 9-21), most of northern China has been significantly cooler at night, and it is necessary to add quilts; The area of the Yangtze River basin is affected by cold air, switching between adding and not adding quilts; And Jiangnan and South China quilts are still pressed at the bottom of the box.

Tonight, most of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, northern Xinjiang and along the Tianshan Mountains, northeastern Inner Mongolia, northern and southeastern Heilongjiang are deeply cold, and some areas are already winter, like the Mohe River in Heilongjiang, which began heating last week. In these places, thick quilts are needed at night.

From the northwest to most of the northeast, as well as Henan, northern Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, southern and eastern Shandong, Anhui and northern Jiangsu, the western Sichuan Plateau, eastern Tibet and other places are as cool as water, many places have entered autumn, quilts can appear.

In the central and southern parts of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, eastern and western Shanxi, southern Shaanxi, Hubei, northern Hunan, Anhui and most of Jiangsu, northern Zhejiang, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and most of Yunnan, the minimum temperature is 15°C to 20°C. Like Nanjing, Hangzhou, Changsha The temperature is only 19 °C, or the autumn has reached a new low. A small cool blanket in summer is no longer enough to resist the coolness of the night, and it is time to find a thin quilt for spring and autumn.

Zhejiang and southern Hunan, most of Jiangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Hainan, most of Taiwan, southwestern Yunnan and other places are still some distance from autumn, although the most difficult summer has been passed, but the summer heat remains. Especially in South China, it is still stuffy at night, and those who are afraid of heat also need to turn on the air conditioner to cool down. In these places, cover a small cool blanket at night to protect your stomach.

Tomorrow night, the influence of cold air will weaken, and places such as southern and eastern Shandong, southern Henan, Anhui and northern Jiangsu can return to thin quilts from the quilt cover, or the thin quilt can be prepared and switched at any time.

The night after tomorrow, the lowest temperature in northern Jiangxi, southeastern Hubei, central and northern Hunan and other places returns to above 20 °C, and cities such as Changsha, Wuhan, Hefei, Nanjing and other cities end the autumn cool experience period, and the thin quilt can be temporarily laid off and rested.

Gentle rain and cool days make it easier to sleep

What kind of weather is best for quality sleep? First, temperature plays an important role in the initiation of sleep and circadian rhythms. Studies have shown that cool air in the surrounding environment can make a person better able to enter deep sleep. For rest, the ideal room temperature is between 16°C and 21°C, but the exact value depends on personal preferences, dress and bedding.

Hot and humid weather can make it difficult to fall asleep, and the optimal humidity for sleep is between 40%-65%. Therefore, in addition to turning on air conditioners and electric fans at night, opening windows for ventilation also helps drive away humidity and heat and bring good sleep.

Gentle rainfall creates a white noise effect that makes the night appear calmer and helps with sleep. But storms can also disrupt sleep, and when bad weather comes, it is best to close doors and windows, close the curtains, and create a relatively quiet environment.

China Weather Network warmly reminds that at present, most of the northern part of China is gradually getting stronger, and the cold at night is obvious, so you need to take out a thin quilt or replace the quilt in time to prevent cold. Jiangnan and South China are still hot in summer, but it is not advisable to be too greedy for cold at this time, sleep at night, and summer coolness is put on the stomach and other wind-prone parts to avoid cold.
