A 23-year-old American who distributes videos of nuisance activities on the Internet under the name "Johnny Somali" has been arrested for breaking into a construction site in Osaka's Chuo Ward while masked. It means that they filmed and distributed a video of the break-in.

The suspect arrested was Ismael Ramsey Khalid, a 23-year-old American citizen who works under the name "Johnny Somali."

According to the police, there is a suspicion of trespassing on a building for breaking into the construction site of a hotel in Japan Chuo-ku, Osaka around noon on the 30th of last month.

The suspect was masked, but since a video of the situation at that time was distributed on the Internet, the police identified him from this video and security camera footage, and found him in Dotonbori, Minami, on the 21st and arrested him.

The suspect repeatedly made remarks and nuisance acts that discouraged the atomic bombed cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in various parts of the Japan, and distributed videos of the situation.

Since last month, he has often been seen filming videos without permission at restaurants in Minami, so the police are investigating the details of the incident.

Police have not confirmed the identity of the suspect.
