The Fujian Maritime Safety Bureau is continuing to closely track typhoon dynamics, strengthen early warning and pre-control, conduct in-depth on-site investigations, strengthen traffic organization, and make every effort to prevent typhoons.

The Fujian Maritime Safety Bureau has strengthened early warning and pre-control, closely monitored the development trend of typhoons, and continuously issued typhoon warning information to Fujian coastal navigation vessels, passing ships, port and shipping enterprises, and construction units through coastal radio, network platforms, telephone and fax, etc.; At the same time, strengthen on-site inspections of key water areas such as waterways, anchorages, and bridge areas, especially the waters around sensitive and people's livelihood key facilities, remind facility owners to compact the main responsibility of anti-Taiwan and implement anti-Taiwan measures in advance.

In view of the forecast path and impact scope of typhoon, Fujian Maritime Safety Bureau took the sea areas of Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Quanzhou as key prevention areas, comprehensively checked the dynamics of various ships, and guided transport ships to evacuate to the north as soon as possible to avoid the impact of typhoon circles. In terms of passenger ferries, we will strictly implement the requirements of the regulations on banning and limiting the navigation of passenger ferries, and guide the Xiamen Zhangquan passenger ferry route to prepare for the suspension of sailings and evacuation of personnel in a timely manner. As for dangerous goods ships, the arrangement of dangerous goods ships entering the port will be stopped in due course, and the dangerous goods ships in the port will leave the port in an orderly manner to avoid the wind. In terms of construction vessels, urge the construction project in Xiamen Zhangquan to stop work in a timely manner, transfer the construction ship to safe waters to shelter from the wind, and prepare for the evacuation of relevant crew and construction personnel.

In addition, the Fujian Maritime Safety Bureau has also strengthened communication and coordination with the Guangdong Maritime Safety Bureau to jointly do a good job in preventing typhoons from ships in the waters bordering Fujian and Guangdong. (End)
