According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, it is expected that in the next three days, there will be a risk of heavy rain disasters in parts of eastern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin and other places, and attention will be paid to the secondary disasters that may be triggered.

There was heavy rainfall in the eastern part of the Tohoku region

It is expected that from 8 o'clock on August 29 to 08 o'clock on August 30, there will be heavy to heavy rainfall in parts of eastern and southwestern Heilongjiang, northeastern Jilin, southeastern Jiangsu, northern and southeastern Fujian, coastal Guangdong, most of Hainan Island, western Yunnan, central Sichuan Plateau, eastern Taiwan Island and other places, among which, there will be heavy rainstorms (08~100 mm) in eastern Heilongjiang, northeastern Jilin and other places. Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 140~20 mm, local can exceed 40 mm), local thunderstorms, winds or hail and other strong convective weather (see Figure 60). The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for heavy rain at 1:8 on August 29.

Typhoon Sula will affect the coast of South China and other places

Affected by Typhoon "Sula", from August 8 to September 29, there will be strong stormy weather in the ocean east of Taiwan, the northeastern waters of the South China Sea, the Taiwan Strait and other seas, heavy to heavy rain in Fujian, eastern Guangdong, southern Jiangxi and other places, heavy rainstorms in parts of the southern coast of Fujian and eastern Guangdong, and exceptionally heavy rains in some areas. From the day of the 9th to the night of the 2st, there will be winds of 29~31 and gusts of 6~8 in the Bus Strait, east of Taiwan and the Taiwan Strait, of which the wind in the Bus Strait can reach 9~10, gusts of 9~11, and the wind in the nearby sea area where Typhoon "Sula" center passes can reach 12~13 and gusts of 12~14.

Specific domestic forecast for the next three days

From 8 o'clock on August 29 to 08 o'clock on August 30, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of eastern and southwestern Heilongjiang, northeastern Jilin, southeastern Jiangsu, northern and southeastern Fujian, coastal Guangdong, most of Hainan Island, western Yunnan, central Sichuan Plateau, and eastern Taiwan Island, among which, there were heavy rainstorms (08~100 mm) in eastern Heilongjiang, northeastern Jilin and other places. There are 140~4 level winds and gusts of 6~7 in parts of central and northwestern Inner Mongolia, western Gansu, southern Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Shandong Peninsula and other places (see Figure 8).

From 8 o'clock on August 30 to 08 o'clock on August 31, there were moderate to heavy rains in northwest Heilongjiang, southern Suwan, Shanghai, most of Zhejiang, northern Fujian, Leizhou Peninsula, western Yunnan, Hainan Island, Taiwan Island and other places, among which, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (08~100 mm) in western Yunnan, northwest and southeast of Hainan Island, southeast of Taiwan Island and other places. There are 240~4 level winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia, Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, and eastern coastal Zhejiang (see Figure 6).

From 8 o'clock on August 31 to 08 o'clock on September 9, there were moderate to heavy rains in eastern Tibet, southeastern Gansu, central and western Sichuan, western Yunnan, most of Hainan Island, eastern Guangdong, Fujian, southeastern Zhejiang, central and southern Taiwan Island, among which, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (1~08 mm) in southeastern Fujian, southeastern Guangdong, southern Taiwan Island and other places. There are 100~150 level winds and gusts of 4~6 in parts of northern Xinjiang, central Inner Mongolia, north-central and eastern Zhejiang, and coastal Fujian (see Figure 7).
