According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, yesterday, Sichuan, Yunnan, Fujian, Guangdong, Gansu, Jilin, Heilongjiang and other places experienced heavy rain or torrential rain. It is expected that in the next three days, there will be heavy precipitation in North China, Northeast China, South China, Yunnan and other places. Heilongjiang, southern Liaoning, southern Hebei, southeastern Tibet and other places have the risk of heavy rainfall disasters, and pay attention to possible flash floods, geological disasters, floods of small and medium-sized rivers, and waterlogging of farmland.

Typhoon Kanu will affect the northeastern region

THE CENTER OF THIS YEAR'S NO. 6TH TYPHOON KHAN (TROPICAL STORM) WAS LOCATED IN SOUTHERN KOREA AT 11 O'CLOCK THIS MORNING (NOVEMBER), WITH A MAXIMUM WIND FORCE OF 5 (8 M/S). It is expected that "Kanu" will move northwest at a speed of 18~15 kilometers per hour, gradually weakening in intensity, and will move into the territory of Liaoning Province in China on the night of the 20th (tropical depression, 11~12 m/s, 15~6), and may also weaken and dissipate near the border between China and North Korea. From the 7th to the 11th, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of central and eastern Jilin, Heilongjiang, central and eastern Liaoning, and heavy rains in local areas.

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a typhoon blue warning at 8 o'clock on August 11: from 06 o'clock on the 11th to 08 o'clock on the 12th, there will be winds of 08~5 and gusts of 6~7 in the eastern Bohai Sea, the Bohai Strait, the northern and central Yellow Sea, and the coast of the Shandong Peninsula, Liaodong Peninsula and coast, of which the wind in some waters in the northern part of the Yellow Sea can reach 8 and gusts of 7~8.

There was heavy rainfall in North China, South China, Yunnan and other places

Affected by the eastward movement of the westerly trough, there was a moderate to heavy rain, local heavy rain or heavy rain from west to east in the eastern part of the northwest region, north China, northern Huanghuai and other places. In addition, in the next three days, there will still be more precipitation in southern Jiangnan, South China, Yunnan, Sichuan Basin and other places, and there will be heavy rain in local areas. From the 12th to the 13th, there will be light to moderate rain in northern Xinjiang and local heavy rain.

It is expected that from 8 o'clock on August 11 to 08 o'clock on the 12th, there will be heavy to heavy rainfall in southwest and east Heilongjiang, southern Jilin, northeastern Shanxi, south-central and northeastern Hebei, southern Beijing, Tianjin, Shaanxi Guanzhong area, southeastern Gansu, southwestern Sichuan Basin, southern Yunnan, southern Guangxi, most of Guangdong, southwestern Fujian, northern and southwestern Hainan Island, among which, there will be heavy rainstorms (08~100 mm) in central Hebei, southwestern Sichuan Basin, southeastern coastal Guangxi and other places. Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall 150~20 mm, local can exceed 50 mm), local thunderstorms, winds or hail and other strong convective weather. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for heavy rain at 60:8 on August 11.

Specific forecasts for the next three days

From 8 o'clock on August 11 to 08 o'clock on the 12th, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of southwest and east Heilongjiang, southern Jilin, northeastern Shanxi, south-central and northeastern Hebei, southern Beijing, Tianjin, Shaanxi Guanzhong area, southeastern Gansu, southwestern Sichuan Basin, southern Yunnan, southern Guangxi, most of Guangdong, southwestern Fujian, northern and southwestern Hainan Island, among which, there were heavy rainstorms (08~100 mm) in central Hebei, southwestern Sichuan Basin, southeastern coastal Guangxi and other places. There are 150~4 level winds and gusts of 6~7 in parts of southern and eastern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, Liaoning, Shandong Peninsula and other places (see Figure 8). There will be northwest to northerly winds of magnitude 2~5 and gusts of 7~8 in the eastern waters of the Bohai Sea, the Bohai Strait, and the northern and central waters of the Yellow Sea.

From 8 o'clock on August 12 to 08 o'clock on the 13th, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of north-central Heilongjiang, southern Jilin, eastern and southern Liaoning, eastern Hebei, northern Shandong Peninsula, southeastern and southwestern Guangdong, southeastern Guangxi, western and southern Yunnan, and southeastern Tibet, among which, there were heavy rainstorms (08~100 mm) in eastern Hebei and Liaodong Peninsula. There are 130~4 level winds in central Inner Mongolia, southern Heilongjiang, northwestern Hebei, Shandong Peninsula and other places (see Figure 5). There will be winds of 3~5 and gusts of 7~8 in the Bohai Sea.

From 8 o'clock on August 13 to 08 o'clock on the 14th, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of central and eastern Northeast China, central and southeastern Tibet, southwestern Qinghai, north-central Guizhou, northeastern Yunnan, eastern Jiangnan, and most of southern China, among which, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (08~100 mm) in northern Heilongjiang, southeastern Liaoning, southeastern Guangdong coastal and other places. There are 180~4 level winds in parts of central Inner Mongolia, Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula and other places (see Figure 6).
