On July 26, acclaimed musician Sinéad O'Connor was found dead at his home in London. On Tuesday, her funeral will take place in the Irish town of Bray, where she has lived for 15 years.

O'Connor's family has urged the artist's fans to attend the funeral cortege that will run through the city. It will pass Sinéad O'Connor's former home on Strand Road, before continuing to a private ceremony.

Celebrated in 10-metre letters

A short distance from the same address, a tribute has been drawn up in the form of 10-metre letters that read "Eire Sinéad" along with a heart. The text "Eire" means Ireland and was used during World War II to guide aircraft. Earlier this week, the artist's name was added.

"We wanted to take this opportunity to mark big with something that shows how much she meant to our small country," says Richard Seabrooke, creative director at The Tenth Man, which is behind the tribute.
