It is expected that in the next three days, Heilongjiang, Guangdong, Tibet and other places will have the risk of heavy rain disasters, and pay attention to possible flash floods, geological disasters and urban and rural waterlogging; Some areas such as Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia have high temperature disaster risks, and are concerned about the impact on human health, energy supply and agricultural production.

There is still heavy rainfall in Guangxi, Yunnan and other places

On the 8th, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of western Guangxi, Yunnan and other places, and local heavy rains; There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of central Heilongjiang, central Hunan, north-central Fujian, and the Ili River Valley, with locally heavy rainfall. Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 20~50 mm, local can exceed 60 mm), thunderstorms, winds or hail and other strong convective weather.

Typhoon Kanu continues to move northward

THE CENTER OF THIS YEAR'S TYPHOON KHANUN (SEVERE TROPICAL STORM) WAS LOCATED AT 6 A.M. TODAY (8TH) IN THE NORTHWEST PACIFIC OCEAN ABOUT 5 KILOMETERS SOUTH OF KAGOSHIMA IN KYUSHU, JAPAN, WHICH IS 330.28 DEGREES NORTH LATITUDE AND 6.131 DEGREES EAST LONGITUDE, WITH A MAXIMUM WIND FORCE OF 0 (10 M/S) NEAR THE CENTER.

Kanu is expected to move north-west at about 10 kilometers per hour, increasing in intensity and gradually approaching the southern coast of the Korean Peninsula. From 8:8 on August 08 to 9:08 on August 6, there will be winds of 7~8 and gusts of 9~8 in the Basi Strait, the northern part of the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the southern and eastern East China Seas and the waters near the Diaoyu Islands, and the wind in the eastern part of the Middle East Sea can reach 10~11, gusts of 12~11, and the wind in the nearby waters passed by the center of "Kanu" can reach 12~13 and gusts of 14~8. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a typhoon blue warning at 8:06 on August <>.

From 8:8 on August 08 to 9:08 on August 50, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of central Heilongjiang, southern Tibet, southern Qinghai, central Hunan, central Jiangxi, southern Zhejiang, most of Fujian, southwestern Guizhou, most of Yunnan, western and southern Guangxi, among which there were heavy rains (80~1 mm) in parts of southeastern Tibet, southern Yunnan, western Guangxi and other places (see Figure <>).

From 8:9 on August 08 to 10:08 on August 50, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of eastern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, southeastern Tibet, northeastern Qinghai, central Gansu, south-central Hunan, most of Fujian, and most of Yunnan, among which, there were heavy rains (60~6 mm) in parts of northeastern Heilongjiang and other places. There will be winds of 7~8 and gusts of 9~8 in the Basi Strait, the southern and eastern East China Sea, near the Diaoyu Islands, the Bohai Sea, and the Yellow Sea, and the winds in the eastern part of the Middle East Sea can reach 10~11 and gusts of 13~2 (see Figure <>).

From 8 o'clock on August 10 to 08 o'clock on August 11, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of the Hetao area of Inner Mongolia, eastern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, southeastern Tibet, northeastern Qinghai, eastern Sichuan Basin, southeastern Guizhou, southern Hunan, southern Jiangxi, southern Fujian, most of Guangdong, Taiwan Island and other places, among which, there were heavy rains (08~50 mm) in parts of eastern Jilin, southeastern Fujian, southeastern Guangdong and central Guangdong. There will be winds of 70~6 and gusts of 7~8 in the central and southern waters of the Yellow Sea, the Bohai Sea, the Bohai Strait, the northern Yellow Sea and the northern East China Sea, of which the wind in the central and southern parts of the Yellow Sea can reach 9~9 and gusts of 10 (see Figure 11).
