New investigations have been initiated against the defendant in the trial of a fatal penis enlargement in North Rhine-Westphalia. This was announced by the Wuppertal public prosecutor's office. The background is the testimony of the defendant's former partner. Accordingly, the death currently being heard at the Wuppertal Regional Court is not the only one.

The 46-year-old defendant had temporarily fled to Spain during the trial, but then returned and surrendered to justice. Since then, he has been in custody.

Confession in court

A spokesman for the public prosecutor's office announced that the accusation against the defendant could be significantly worsened in the event of a second fatality. Should the 46-year-old have continued to carry out such interventions despite a fatal injection, the accusation of manslaughter or even murder could also be considered.

In the current trial, the waiter is accused of having given a 32-year-old several injections of silicone oil for the purpose of penis enlargement. According to the indictment, he died because the silicone oil had entered the bloodstream and caused blood poisoning.

The 46-year-old had already admitted the injections in court. The man has to answer for bodily injury resulting in death. He is said to have made the injections without authorization or qualification.
