Although he had never practiced rhetoric before, and had never climbed on a pulpit, the first sermon delivered by Caliph Othman bin Affan, may God be pleased with him, upon his accession to the caliphate, was widely acclaimed by the people, and they considered it better than long speeches, and the best example of a useful abbreviation.

As mentioned in the episode (2023/7/25) of the program "Reflections", it was said that the Caliph Othman, may God be pleased with him, did not practice rhetoric before his caliphate, so when he ascended the pulpit for the first time, he shook it for some time, and then he said, "Praise be to Allah and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, but after that, the first of each boat is difficult, and that Abu Bakr (Caliph Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq may Allah be pleased with him) and Omar (Caliph Omar bin Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him) were preparing for this matter prepared, and if the period extends to you, it will come to you The speeches are capra from caper, and you are an effective prince who is more in need of a prince than you are a prince of sayings."

People appreciated the sermon of the Caliph Othman, may God be pleased with him, and saw it as evidence throughout the sermons, and they became an example of a useful summary plus brevity, glory and brevity without lack.

As for the words of the Almighty in Surat Al-Isra (and every person to whom we have committed his bird in his neck and we will bring out to him on the Day of Resurrection a book that he will receive published). He returns his "plane" here to his work and his share of happiness and misery.

In the words of the Almighty in Surat Yasin (They said your bird is with you, when you mentioned, but you are a profligate people), the meaning of your bird here is your misfortune;
