Regina Ziegler is sitting in the Berlin office of Ziegler Film and is in good spirits. She is 79 years old and has been producing films for over 50 years. This fall, she'll show everyone again: Amazon Prime, the major streaming provider, will launch her mini-series "Die Therapie" in the fall, based on the debut work by author Sebastian Fitzek. Production starts worldwide, on the same day, in over 200 countries. A production company can hardly achieve much more.

Among Ziegler's most popular works are the ARD series »Weissensee« and the musical adaptation »Ich war noch niemals in New York«. She currently works for cinema as well as for television and streaming services. Her daughter Tanja Ziegler holds a majority stake in the company she founded, Ziegler Film. "You know what's important: to feel good and to have the feeling that you like to live," says Regina Ziegler. "And that's what I do. I've never been bored in my life, I don't have the word.«
