Guangxi Meteorological Bureau news on the 17th, "Teli" has been strengthened to typhoon level at 17 o'clock on the 7th, "Teli" moving path is northerly than the forecast on the 16th, the impact area of Guangxi is expanded, wind and rain are seriously affected, it is expected that from the 17th to the 19th, there will be heavy storms and rains in some areas of Guangxi and the sea surface of the Beibu Gulf. The Guangxi Meteorological Bureau upgraded to issue an orange typhoon warning and issued a yellow warning for heavy rain on the morning of the 17th.

The reporter learned from the Guangxi Maritime Safety Bureau that the Guangxi Maritime Safety Bureau has launched a level II emergency response against Taiwan at 17 o'clock on the 16th, and fully organized defense work. According to Guangxi Nanning Wuxu International Airport, as of 7:17 on July 16, Nanning Airport cancelled a total of 30 flights. Among them, the round-trip flights from Nanning to Haikou and Nanning to Sanya have all been cancelled, and the resumption time is to be determined.
