As generative AI rapidly spreads and development and regulation become a matter of debate, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister Murai met with representatives of "Open AI" in the United States, which developed the dialogue software "Chat GPT," as well as Japan corporations of American IT giants Google and Microsoft.
Mr. Murai stated, "Generative AI is a groundbreaking technology that contributes to innovation, but it also carries various risks.
On top of that, we will strengthen measures such as ensuring transparency for each business
operator, such as clearly indicating what kind of data to be trained by AI, and ◇ enhancing the reliability of generated sentences and
images to ensure that they do not contain incorrect information.
