Nine new cases of new coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Kagoshima Prefecture.
The number of infected people in Kagoshima Prefecture is now 858.
According to Kagoshima Prefecture and Kagoshima City, the newly confirmed infections were men in their teens and 50s in Kagoshima City, men in their 20s and teens in Amami City, men in their 20s in Kanoya City, and Minamisatsuma City. There are a total of nine men in their teens, women in their 20s in Aira, men in their 60s in Kirishima, and men in their 20s in Satsumasendai.
Of these, a man in his twenties in Kanoya City is associated with a cluster identified at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Kanoya.
