The Tokyo Metropolitan Government announced that it has confirmed that 141 new people in Tokyo have been infected with the new coronavirus based on the preliminary figures as of 3:00 pm on the 2nd.
It is the 9th consecutive day that more than 100 people are confirmed to be infected each day.
Now the total number of confirmed infections in Tokyo is 21,128.
