Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture, announced that two men and women were confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
According to Kawagoe City, two new infections were confirmed: a man in his 40s living in the city and a woman in his 20s living in Ageo City.
Although the symptoms are stable in all cases, the city is investigating concentrated contacts because the route of infection is not known so far.
