China News Service, July 23. According to the official Weibo news of the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, there were no new confirmed cases in Jiangsu from 0-24 on July 22. As of 24:00 on July 22, a total of 655 confirmed cases have been reported in the province (including 24 imported from abroad). Except for one confirmed imported case from abroad, which was treated in isolation at a designated hospital, the rest have been discharged.
Three new cases of asymptomatic infection were imported from abroad on the same day, all of which were quarantined and medically managed in designated hospitals. As of 24:00 on July 22, 3 cases of asymptomatic infections under centralized isolation and medical management were imported from abroad.
At present, 14,035 close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections have been traced across the province, 13,943 have been released from medical observation, and 92 people are still under medical observation.
