NASA director Jim Bridenstein confirmed that Tom Cruise, the Hollywood movie star, will be filming his next movie in space, to be the first movie in history to be actually shot out of Earth.
"NASA is excited to work with Tom Cruise with a movie on the International Space Station!" Pridenstein said in a tweet posted on his Twitter account.
"We want the popular media to inspire a new generation of engineers and scientists to turn NASA's ambitions into reality," he added.
