Dubai Police has announced the transfer of eight traffic services to fully smart and stop them in the customer service centers, thus ensuring the maximum speed of the dealers to get the services that facilitate their daily dealings.
Under this resolution, the request for a traffic accident report without injuries is only available via smart means. The Dubai Police General Customer Service Center's auditors can not access it as before. This report can be obtained through Smart Application and the Dubai Police website very easily .
The list of services that have been transferred to a fully intelligent, request the issuance of a replacement for the loss of traffic accident report, payment of traffic violations, and request for payment of the amount of traffic violations, and traffic status examination certificate.
