CAIRO (Reuters) - Investigators found two cushions for two men who were believed to have been on board the plane of missing Cardiff City player Emiliano Sala, near a beach in the French city of Normandy.

According to Sky News, the French authorities on Monday found the two pads off the coast of Suratneville close to Gorence, the site where the plane disappeared from radar on Jan. 21.

The British Air Accident Investigation Bureau said it had received a notice from the French counterpart that the remains of the two were found. "In a preliminary examination we concluded that it was likely to be from the missing plane," he said in a statement.

No trace was found for Argentinian Sala and British pilot Dave Eboston, while the police say the chances of their survival from death are very low.
