A famous rap singer was killed in front of a clothing store he owned

The famous rapper Nebesy Hassel died after being shot in front of a clothing store he owns in southern Los Angeles, according to Reuters.

The Los Angeles Times, quoting law enforcement sources, said two others were injured in the shooting, which took place in front of the Klodding Marathon shop.

The 33-year-old Hassel was shot several times and taken to hospital where he died and was pronounced dead, the newspaper said. The death of Hassel, the Grammy nominee, has shocked the American art scene and celebrity writers have written words that lament social media.

"It's unbelievable! ... It shakes me!" Said singer Ryan on Twitter.

The singer and producer Farrell Williams wrote on Twitter that Hassel was a "positive force that inspired millions"

Police said the shooting was reported at 3:20 am and three victims were taken to the hospital where one of them was pronounced dead
