On the same day, the 5th Zijin International Intellectual Property Summit hosted by Nanjing Municipal People's Government and Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office was opened. Experts and scholars at home and abroad focused on "Intellectual Property and Leading National Innovative Cities" to discuss intellectual property and innovative development.

The Report is an evaluation study on intellectual property competitiveness in key cities across the country under the guidance of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association. The report selects 120 cities for comprehensive, dimensional and regional evaluation, and selects the top ten cities according to their comprehensive strength.

According to the comprehensive ranking, the top ten cities in terms of IP competitiveness in China are Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu and Tianjin.

The Report puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the IP competitiveness of Chinese cities: first, highlight value leadership and enhance IP creation capabilities; The second is to highlight transfer and transformation and improve the ability to use intellectual property rights; The third is to highlight the guarantee of the rule of law and improve the ability of intellectual property protection; Fourth, highlight the effectiveness orientation and improve the ability of intellectual property services; Fifth, highlight environmental creation and optimize the ecology of intellectual property development.
