Four seriously injured from Germany in car accident in Austria

In wintry weather two cars collided head-on on a country road in Austria. Four people were seriously injured in the accident. They are from Germany.



In the Austrian Schnepfau four people from Germany were seriously injured in a car accident. The car of a family from Baden-Wuerttemberg was advised from previously unexplained cause on the opposite lane and collided there with the car of a 56-year-old man from North Rhine -Westphalia, said a police spokesman in Bregenz.

The family was reportedly trapped in the car and had to be released from the fire department. The 50-year-old father, the 23-year-old daughter and the 48-year-old wife had been taken seriously injured with a rescue helicopter in hospitals.

The 56-year-old was brought to a clinic in Vorarlberg with an ambulance, according to police with also serious injuries.
