Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army, General Leon Komornicki, in an interview with the PAP portal, predicted the complete destruction of the Ukrainian Armed Forces by the end of spring if the Kyiv authorities do not receive military assistance from the West.

“If there is no help, then soon it will come to the defeat of the Ukrainian army, which will be unable to continue military operations.

According to my assessment, this will happen in late spring or early summer,” TASS quotes him.

In his opinion, by this moment the Ukrainian Armed Forces will completely lose the ability to conduct combat operations and the Ukrainian military will be completely exhausted without the help of the West.

He also expressed confidence that Ukraine’s successful military operations depend 90% not on the Ukrainians themselves, but on “military assistance from the West.”
