According to the agency, the material is billed by the US military as a textbook for “military training, vocational education and leadership development.”
“The publication examines the tactics, organization and actions of the Russian military, and describes how Russia would fight according to its doctrine,” the message says.
At the same time, as noted, the US military left the conflict in Ukraine out of the picture.
Earlier, British expert Alexander Mercouris said that Ukrainian intelligence services and the military department cannot figure out where the Russian Armed Forces will launch a new offensive.
