Six new criminal cases have been opened against the man who prepared an explosion in the city of Rubtsovsk, Altai Territory. This was reported in the regional department of the FSB of Russia.
“In February, six criminal cases were initiated against a detainee in Rubtsovsk based on crimes,” RIA Novosti cites a statement.
In particular, cases were initiated on the grounds of illegal production and storage of explosives, as well as participation in a terrorist organization.
