Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, in an interview with the International Reporters portal, said that he liked Lugansk for its lack of pessimism - the city is full of life.


“The city was in full swing, people were living their lives... But what was missing was some kind of, you know, pessimism in the air.

On the contrary, the city lived its own life, which, of course, was very joyful to see,” TASS quotes him.

First Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko previously spoke about Peskov’s trip to Lugansk.
