Highlights: Dodik spoke about the impact of the Ukrainian conflict on the Republika Srpska. “As I already said, the West is in a collective hysteria against Russia. They demand that everyone in the region join the sanctions,” Dodik said. He noted that communication, primarily trade and economic, with the Russian Federation has been disrupted, which worsens already well-established economic relations, he said. In his opinion, Moscow is pursuing the right foreign policy line, trying to protect its interests.

President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, in an interview with RT, spoke about the impact of the conflict in Ukraine on the Republika Srpska.

He emphasized that events in Ukraine have a strong impact on the Republika Srpska.

“As I already said, the West is in a collective hysteria against Russia. They demand that everyone in the region join the sanctions. Republika Srpska, like Serbia, did not do this,” Dodik said.

He noted that the Republika Srpska is subject to almost daily pressure from the West.

“On the other hand, communication, primarily trade and economic, with the Russian Federation has been disrupted, which worsens already well-established economic relations. On the third hand, the West itself is experiencing economic problems,” Dodik said.

Previously, he noted that the challenges faced by both Russia and Republika Srpska only strengthened bilateral partnerships.

In his opinion, Moscow is pursuing the right foreign policy line, trying to protect its interests.
