The Mexican rapper
Majestic
, runner-up of Red Bull Mexico 2023, has died by drowning on the beaches of
Huatulco
,
Oaxaca
, at the age of 24.

, Majestic, named
Óscar Vázquez
, went to
La Entrega beach on Monday with
a group of four friends. There he would have suffered from bronchoaspiration while he was swimming, and the rescue services could do nothing to save him.
The aforementioned media specifies that the young people would have eaten and gone into the water. Then, the rapper "started having problems and was swept away by the waves." The authorities reported that they had also consumed alcoholic beverages, according to Freestyle Master Series on Facebook.
The Oaxaca Firefighters reported in their X account that their paramedics went to La Entrega beach to help a 24-year-old man, who "had suffered an immersion in the sea with absent vital signs." Despite resuscitation efforts, they could not save his life.
Majestic's death has shocked the Freestyle community, which has posted numerous condolences on social media.
