The crash took place in the Afghan province of Badakhshan, near the border with Tajikistan.

Russian Ambassador to Afghanistan Dmitry Zhirnov said that those injured in the crash of the Falcon 10 plane in the Afghan province of Badakhshan were taken to Kabul on a special flight.


As he told TASS, the Afghan search and rescue team first took the survivors by helicopter to the city of Faizabad.

“This is the administrative center of Badakhshan province, and then by plane, a special flight to Kabul,” he clarified.
