As the department reports on Telegram, the police received a statement that an unknown person with an ax was breaking ATMs at the bank branch at 14 on Dolgoozernaya Street.

After this, it became known that near house 17, building 2 on Sitsevaya Street, an unknown person was breaking car windows with an ax.

“The alleged attacker, a 21-year-old fourth-year university student, was detained,” the statement said.
