A resident of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky is accused of beating his cohabitant’s two young sons, including with a stun gun, and depriving them of food under the pretext of education.

Information about this appeared on the Telegram channel of the Kamchatka Prosecutor's Office.

“The suspect... systematically beat the children, namely punched, kicked, whipped, charged with a stun gun, and deprived of proper meals,” the report says.

In addition, according to the department, the man deprived children of the opportunity to sleep in bed, providing sleeping places on the floor, and also organized sparring sessions between minors.

At the moment, the issue of taking the suspect into custody is being decided.
