The authorities of the Voronezh and Lipetsk regions expressed their condolences in connection with the death of people in the shelling of the center of Belgorod by Ukrainians, and also announced their readiness to provide the necessary assistance.


The Governor of the Lipetsk Region, Igor Artamonov, and the Head of the Voronezh Region, Alexander Gusev, published the corresponding appeals in their Telegram channels.

"Terrorists from the Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted a monstrous blow on Belgorod. They hit the center of the city, at crowded places. The children died... The Lipetsk region is with you and is ready to provide any necessary assistance," Artamonov wrote.

In turn, Gusev also expressed condolences to the relatives of the dead and injured and noted that the region is ready to provide any necessary assistance to Belgorod residents.
