Al Jazeera showed new scenes it obtained of fierce battles between the Qassam Brigades and the Israeli army in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Footage obtained by Al Jazeera showed vehicles from a distance of zero, one of them with a "shawaz" canister and a number of them caught fire.
Earlier, al-Qassam said it had targeted an Israeli Merkava tank with a "Yassin 105" shell in the Sheikh Ajlin area of Gaza City.
Al-Qassam said it caught a foot force inside a building in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in a tight ambush, killing and wounding its members.
