"Gotland is special"

"Gotland is a bit special because we are an island. We need to ensure that we have our own resources in the event of accidents or other things. On the mainland, you have the opportunity to actually move resources around in a different way," says Alf Söderman, Director of Defence at the County Administrative Board of Gotland.
