Rescuers warned of snow and wind with gusts of up to 15 m/s from the morning of December 17 in Moscow.


"Dear Muscovites and guests of the capital! According to forecasters of Roshydromet, in the period from 09:00 to 16:00 on December 17, precipitation (snow, sleet) is predicted in Moscow.
