Highlights: Armenia and Azerbaijan exchange detained servicemen. Baku released 32 Armenian servicemen, Yerevan released two Azerbaijani soldiers. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said earlier that Azerbaijan does not want a war with Armenia, there should be guarantees in this regard. As a gesture of goodwill, Armenia and Azerbaijan released prisoners of war from each of the republics: Baku released 32 Armenian servicemen, Yerevan released two Azerbaijani soldiers.
According to Sputnik Armenia, this is stated in a joint statement by the offices of the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of Azerbaijan.
