According to the agency, by the end of the decade, there will be a shortage of 1.1 to 2.2 million medium-skilled specialists and from 0.7 to 1.4 million highly qualified specialists.

It is noted that the manufacturing industry, logistics and trade may face the shortage of labor the most.

Earlier, the highest-paid vacancies were named in the Tyumen region.

It also became known that sales managers are most in demand in the labor market of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

In addition, Artem Kumpel, a specialist in the labor market, named industries with a shortage of personnel.
